The construction project included the development of the Center Green and Amphitheatre which rounds out a truly unique project in downtown Carmel. CTI performed the role of Owner’s Representative for the entire development. Through the course of that working relationship, they were asked to provide extended services of construction management on the James Building which houses the theatres and office space.
