Our commitment starts with assigning to each project a Project Manager who serves as a single point of contact, leading the construction team and addressing each and every concern throughout the process. We also assign a Project Superintendent, who coordinates all field activities and ensures the highest quality possible. Corporate Management acts as the Project Executive and commits all available company resources to the project.
Our Project Managers continue to follow up and resolve issues during the warranty period and beyond. In some cases, problems have been discovered after warranty periods, when most contractors have moved on—but not CTI Construction. We are committed to helping our clients resolve problems.
