CTI Construction serves as a General Contractor on both hard-bid and negotiated-bid projects. On hard-bid projects, CTI is capable of providing a bid based on a complete set of plans and specifications issued by the Owner. On negotiated projects, CTI is able to work with the Owners and Architects throughout the design process, from the preparation of a preliminary budget to the establishment of a guaranteed final cost. Our ability to provide competitive pricing is a result of the long-term relationships with Central Indiana’s most qualified subcontractors that we’ve developed during three decades of experience in the construction market.
When you select CTI Construction as your Construction Manager, you are gaining a partner in your project. By including us early in the construction process, we become an advocate for our clients, assisting them through pre-construction, design, construction and closeout. While we provide the usual services of estimating, value engineering, scheduling, budgeting and construction oversight, our role extends beyond that. As a partner, we also oversee the entire team—including the Owner, Architect, and trade contractors—and provide leadership to guide that team to complete the project on time and on budget.
