The 143,000 Sq ft expansion accommodates the NCAA’s ongoing growth. The design of the four-story expansion highlights the NCAA support of student athletes and harmonizes with the adjacent White River State Park’s open spaces while integrating into the existing office. Special care was required to not disrupt the business activities of the NCAA and maintain the park setting that the building sits adjacent.
