In 2006, The Stadium and Convention Building Authority hired CTI Construction as the Owner’s Representative for their complex convention center expansion and stadium project. Combined with the expansion of the convention center, this transformative project created the 16th largest convention complex in the US, elevating Indianapolis to the top tier of mid-level convention cities.
