Across the board, CTI Construction’s motivated staff of professionals is known for its leadership depth. That depth is felt not only from our cohesive, experienced Corporate Management team that provides executive-level leadership, but also from each employee who impacts a given project. A dedicated, experienced Project Manager leads the entire construction team and communicates directly with the customer on every question or issue; and a Project Superintendent, also a veteran leader, knows each aspect of the project.
After three decades of experience, we have also developed long-term relationships with pre-qualified, skilled subcontractors who care about the quality of their work. David M. Ford is the President and Owner of CTI Construction, LLC, responsible for the general management of all facets of the company.
Since graduating from Purdue University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Dave has spent over 40 years in the Indiana construction industry. His early roles included site designer, field engineer, project manager and estimator, providing him with “hands on” experience in hard bid and negotiated projects ranging in size from $50,000 to $25 million. As his role graduated into management and senior management, Dave’s responsibilities shifted into overall company management responsibilities, including operations, business development, quality control, personnel and financial with sole responsibility for company profitability. Dave has served in these roles with companies ranging in size from $5 million to $150 million in construction volume. During this time, Dave has amassed a comprehensive knowledge of the construction business with an eye for detail and an understanding of the construction process.
Active in the community, Dave has served on a number of Boards in a variety of capacities, including Rebuilding Together Indianapolis, Central Indiana Carpenters Pension Fund, Coalition for Construction Safety (CCS), Construction Family Assistance Foundation (CFA), Top Notch, Indiana Construction Roundtable, Indiana Board of Safety Review, ACE Mentor Program of Indiana and ISO Maestro Open.

Chris is a very experienced Site Superintendent in charge of Field Operations and brings a lot of construction knowledge to all our projects. His responsibilities include oversite of field operations with a hands-on role in nearly every aspect of construction projects. He is also responsible for the financial well being of projects under their supervision.
Chris is a 1994 graduate of Purdue University, with a B.S. in Environmental Science and minor in Engineering. In his leisure time, it usually involves coaching high school football or at home with his family and working on home projects.
